Steuerventile bei RIEGLER online kaufen - viele verschiedene Anschlüsse, Gewinde & Durchflüsse

Überall da, wo Kraftmaschinen zum Einsatz kommen, sind zur präzisen Steuerung und Konfiguration dieser leistungsstarke ebenso wie verlässliche Steuerventile erforderlich. Aufgabe und Funktionsweise von Steuerventilen

Unabhängig von ihrer spezifischen Bauweise haben Steuerventile, wie anhand ihrer Bezeichnung unschwer zu erkennen ist, regulierende sowie steuernde Aufgaben und Eigenschaften. Sie sind dafür verantwortlich, an einer bestimmten Stelle einen bestimmten Strom, zum Beispiel den von Flüssigkeiten, zu ermöglichen. Aus diesem Grund haben derartige Hydraulikventile auch immer ein integriertes Sicherheitsventil, welches das Überschreiten der zuvor festgelegten Grenze verhindert. Innerhalb eines Hydraulikkreislaufes übernehmen diese kleinen Bauteile daher eine essenzielle Aufgabe, wodurch sie gleichermaßen die Funktionstüchtigkeit ebenso wie Sicherheit und Effizienz der Anlage sicherstellen.

Unterscheidung nach Art der Betätigung

Steuerventile können auf unterschiedliche Weise gesteuert werden, teilweise ermöglichen sie sogar mehrere Steuerungsmöglichkeiten. Die klassische und manuelle Variante ist die Handbetätigung, bei der der Durchfluss mechanisch über beispielsweise Taster oder Hebel gesteuert wird. Eine elektrische Betätigung funktioniert beispielsweise über Joysticks, Taster oder Schalter, wobei die Steuerung der elektrischen Betätigung entweder über die Stromstärke oder die elektrische Spannung geschieht.

Pneumatische und hydraulische Betätigungen werden entsprechend jeweils über Druckluft oder die Hydraulik angesteuert. Nicht selten werden diese Betätigungsvarianten auch mit einer elektrischen Ansteuerung kombiniert. Sogar ein manuelles Steuerungselement kann enthalten sein, zum Beispiel in Form einer Notabschaltung.

Differenzierung von Steuerventilen nach ihrer Wirkweise

Die Wirkweise muss stets in Abhängigkeit zur Anlage stehen. Dabei gibt es zwei Optionen: Einfach- oder doppeltwirkende Steuerventile. Erstere wirken hydraulisch in eine Richtung, wie es zum Beispiel bei Kippern zutrifft. Doppeltwirkende Ventile funktionieren dementsprechend hydraulisch in zwei Richtungen, das ist beispielsweise notwendig, wenn die Maschine eine Drehfunktion nach links und rechts besitzt.

Eine proportionale Funktionsweise ermöglicht eine präzisere Steuerung und kommt vorrangig bei Maschinen zum Einsatz, bei denen eine Feinsteuerung entweder notwendig ist oder gewünscht wird. Auch auf die Energieeffizienz kann sich eine proportionale Funktionsweise positiv auswirken.
