Namur-Ventile

Wegeventile weisen eine spezifische Anzahl an Anschlüssen auf, wobei es sich um Eingänge und Auslässe handelt. Die 3/2- beziehungsweise 5/2-Wegeventile dienen der Steuerung in Systemen. Im Lieferumfang der 3/2-5/2-Wegeventile befinden sich zwei Adapterplatten, sodass Sie die gewünschte Funktionalität realisieren und die Bauteile in Ihrem System betreiben können.

Anwendungsgebiete für die Wegeventile

3/2-Wegeventile eignen sich unter anderem zur Steuerung von einfachwirkenden Antrieben. Die Bezeichnung "3/2" weist auf die Anzahl an Positionen und die Anzahl an Anschlüssen hin. Ein 3/2-Wegeventil besitzt drei Anschlüsse und zwei Positionen. Sie sind in der Grundstellung entweder geöffnet oder geschlossen. Ist das Wegeventil im Normalzustand geschlossen, dann öffnet es sich, wenn ein Signal anliegt. Pneumatische 5/2-Wegeventile werden häufig in industriellen Automatisierungs- und Steuerungssystemen eingesetzt. Sie gehören zu den zentralen Komponenten in der Druckluftversorgung. Die Bauteile weisen zwei Schaltstellungen und fünf Anschlüsse auf. Ein mögliches Anwendungsgebiet ist die gezielte Zuführung von Luft abhängig von der Zylinderposition.

Die Anschlussart des Gewindes

Zu den am häufigsten zu findenden Gewindearten gehören das G-Gewinde und das R-Gewinde. Gewinde besitzen ein Innengewinde und ein Außengewinde. Handelt es sich um ein G-Gewinde, dann sind das Außengewinde und das Innengewinde zylinderförmig. Ein R-Gewinde hingegen besitzt zwei unterschiedliche Gewindeformen: Das Innengewinde ist zylindrisch und das Außengewinde ist kegelförmig. Dank des Vorsteuersystems wird ein verstärkender Effekt erzeugt. Die erforderliche Kraft ist geringer, sodass höhere Drücke möglich sind.
