Drosselrückschlagventile

Drosselrückschlagventile aus Edelstahl und Aluminium in unterschiedlichen Ausführungen

Drosselrückschlagventile werden den Stromventilen zugeordnet und charakterisieren sich durch die einseitige Drosselung des Durchflusses von Druckluft in Pneumatiksystemen. Beachten Sie im Zuge dessen die Konstruktionsunterschiede sowie die unterschiedlichen Materialien - beides sollte aus offensichtlichen Gründen passend zum jeweiligen System gewählt werden.

Funktionsweise und Nutzung der Drosselrückschlagventile

Die Hauptaufgabe der Drosselrückschlagventile, zumindest in vielen Systemen, entfällt auf zwei zusammen agierende Verhaltensweisen: Einerseits lässt sich damit die praktische Geschwindigkeit von verbauten pneumatischen Zylindern konfigurieren, andererseits erfolgt dadurch eine individuelle Steuerung vom Ab- beziehungsweise Zufluss. Je nachdem, wie die Drosselrückschlagventile verbaut werden, erfolgt also eine Steuerung des Antriebs wahlweise im Vor- oder im Rücklauf. Praktisch realisieren die Drosselrückschlagventile das, indem sie den Zu- oder Abfluss in eine Richtung reduzieren. Auf der davon nicht beeinträchtigten Seite greift die Rückschlagfunktion, die den Drosselrückschlagventilen ihren Namen verleiht. Dafür nutzen die Bauteile eine parallel zueinander aufgebaute Konstruktion.

Sofern eine individuelle Steuerung der Geschwindigkeit von pneumatischen Zylindern im Vordergrund steht, werden typischerweise Drosselrückschlagventile für die Abluft genutzt. Dadurch kommt es zu keiner Beeinträchtigung des eigentlichen Arbeitsluftstromes, während der Abluftstrom aber individuell reguliert wird. Dieser wird mit dem gewünschten Durchfluss an das Abluftsystem der Anlage übertragen und kann anschließend koordiniert ins Freie gelangen. Die beidseitige Verwendung der Bauteile legt den Grundstein für eine Nutzung in ganz unterschiedlichen Hydraulik- und Pneumatiksystemen. Der Leitungsquerschnitt wird entsprechend immer verringert.

Verschiedene Verschraubungen und Ausführungen der Drosselrückschlagventile

Durch die vielfältigen Anwendungsmöglichkeiten und die generelle Wichtigkeit dieses Bauteils, existiert selbiges zwangsläufig in unterschiedlichen Ausführungen. Bei RIEGLER, Ihrem Fachmann für Druckluft und Pneumatik, können Sie zunächst zwischen den übergeordneten Ausführungen wählen - beispielsweise solchen mit Schlitz- oder mit Rändelschraube. Des Weiteren haben Sie die Wahl, ob Sie das Bauteil aus Aluminium oder Edelstahl einsetzen. Hierbei ist unter anderem auf das Gesamtgewicht sowie den Druck und Durchfluss des Mediums zu achten, aber auch auf ergänzende Umstände, wie beispielsweise die benötigte Korrosionswiderstandsfähigkeit.

Ein weiterer Unterschied wird bei der Montage der Drosselrückschlagventile deutlich. Da können Sie unter anderem zwischen diesen Lösungen wählen:

  • mit Gewindeanschluss
  • mit Schnellverschraubung
  • mit Steckverbindung

Einige dieser Bauteile sind zudem drehbar. Die Größe der Drosselrückschlagventile spielt eine weitere Rolle. Im Regelfall sind diese Bauteile sehr kompakt konzipiert, damit sie auch in eng gebauten Systemen beziehungsweise bei sehr überschaubaren Platzverhältnissen zum Einsatz kommen und ungehindert ihre Funktion erfüllen können. Normalerweise sind die Drosselrückschlagventile, sobald sie montiert wurden, komplett starr. Die Ausnahme hiervon bilden lediglich die drehbaren Drosselrückschlagventile, welche getreu ihrer Bezeichnung auch nach der Montage noch individuell arretiert werden können. Sofern sich Dichtungen in den Drosselrückschlagventilen befinden, sind diese bei RIEGLER typischerweise frei von Silikonen. Selbiges gilt für etwaig genutzte Schmierstoffe.
