KAMLOK-Kupplungen

 

Die KAMLOK-Schlauchkupplung ist eine Schnellkupplung. Ihre Funktion besteht darin, Schlauch- und Rohrleitungen zu verbinden. Somit eignet sich dieses System, um Flüssigkeiten, Granulate und gasförmige Stoffe zu fördern. Die KAMLOK-Schlauchkupplung gewährleistet eine dichte und sichere Verbindung. Diese Kupplung ist in ihren Anwendungsmöglichkeiten sehr vielseitig.

Kennzeichen der KAMLOK-Schlauchkupplungen

Das Alleinstellungsmerkmal der KAMLOK-Schlauchkupplungen besteht in der Ausstattung der Innengewinde mit einer Flussdichtung. Außerdem sind die Stutzen mit einem Sicherungsbund für den Klemmschaleneinband versehen. Ein weiterer Vorzug der KAMLOK-Schlauchkupplungen besteht darin, dass das einfache Kuppeln per Hand möglich ist. Aufgrund der Möglichkeit zum händischen Öffnen und Schließen sowie des glatten, stufenfreien Mediumdurchlasses ist die Handhabung sehr einfach und der komplette Mediendurchlass ist gewährleistet.

Zusammensetzung der KAMLOK-Schlauchkupplungen

KAMLOK-Schlauchkupplungen bestehen stets aus Mutterteil (Kupplung) und Vaterteil (Stecker). Diese Teile werden durch Hebelarme verriegelt. KAMLOK-Schlauchkupplungen sind in Innengewinde und Außengewinde verfügbar. Die hochwertigen Edelstahl KAMLOK-Schlauchkupplungen sind mit Sicherungssplinten ausgestattet. Diese bewahren die Hebel vor einem unbeabsichtigten Entkuppeln.

Der Hebelmechanismus der KAMLOK-Schlauchkupplungen

KAMLOK-Schlauchkupplungen werden mit einem einfachen Hebelmechanismus verbunden. Die Hebelsicherung und die Sicherungsclips garantieren die Herstellung einer festen und dichten Verbindung. Nach dem Einbau durch weltweite handelsübliche Typen ist der Austausch der Kupplungen möglich.

Werkstoffe der KAMLOK-Kupplungen

KAMLOK-Kupplungen werden in verschiedenen Werkstoffen gefertigt. Kupplungen aus Edelstahl zeichnen sich durch hohe Druckbeständigkeit, ausgeprägte Robustheit und Langlebigkeit aus. Kupplungen aus Aluminium sind unmagnetisch, leicht und in hohem Maße wärmeleitfähig. Kupplungen aus Messing verfügen über eine hohe elektrische Leitfähigkeit und sind optimal für den Einsatz in der Lebensmittelindustrie geeignet. Kupplungen aus Polypropylen sind zu 25 bis 30 Prozent mit Glasfaser gefüllt, beständig gegen Chemikalien, elektrisch, isolierend und preiswert.

Betriebsdruck der KAMLOK-Schlauchkupplungen

Der Betriebsdruck der KAMLOK-Schlauchkupplungen variiert je nach Werkstoff und Größenordnung. Der Druck ist für eine Temperatur von 20 Grad Celsius (Raumtemperatur) ausgelegt. Eine höhere Betriebstemperatur verringert die Druckfestigkeit.

Normen in den USA und Europa

Ursprünglich stammen die KAMLOK-Schlauchkupplungen aus den USA. Das amerikanische Militär normte sie unter der Bezeichnung Mil-C-27487. Nachfolgenorm ist seit 1999 die Federal Mil A-A-59326A. In Europa gilt seit 2004 die Norm EN 14420-7.

Anwendungsbereiche der KAMLOK-Schlauchkupplungen

KAMLOK-Schlauchkupplungen kommen in verschiedenen Wirtschaftszweigen zur Anwendung. Hierzu zählen das verarbeitende Gewerbe, die Energiewirtschaft, die Landwirtschaft, die Lebensmittelindustrie, die Pharmazie, die chemische Industrie und militärische Anwendungen. Aufgrund des hochwertigen Edelstahls V4A ist auch der Einsatz in Umgebungen mit aggressiven Medien problemlos möglich.
