Tempergussfittings

Tempergussfittings - große Auswahl im RIEGLER Online-Shop

Tempergussfittings sind im Sanitärbereich sowie bei Gasleitungen nicht grundlos das Mittel der Wahl: Die Rohrverbindungsteile charakterisiert eine hohe Korrosionsbeständigkeit und Verformungsresistenz, des Weiteren gelten sie unabhängig von ihrer Größe und Konstruktion als überdurchschnittlich belastbar. Bei RIEGLER können Sie Tempergussfittings in unterschiedlichen Ausführungen erwerben, um diese sowohl passend als auch optisch auf das Rohr abgestimmt einzusetzen.

Viele Anwendungsbereiche - bei Sanitäranlagen, Druckluft und Pneumatik

Die Eigenschaften von Temperguss machen diese Fittings zu einem starken Allrounder, welcher Eisen- und Stahlrohre miteinander verbindet und deshalb auch bei der Konstruktion ganzer Rohrsysteme zum Einsatz kommt. Differenziert wird in der Regel zwischen weißem und schwarzem Temperguss. Beide unterscheiden sich in ihrem Kohlenstoffgehalt, wobei weißer Temperguss unter Zunahme von Sauerstoff für eine längere Zeit erhitzt wird, was zu einem Glühen der Kohle führt. Der Sauerstoff dringt dabei in die äußeren Schichten des Tempergusses ein.

Im Gegensatz dazu wird schwarzer Temperguss ohne Zunahme von Sauerstoff getempert. Stattdessen kommt ein spezielles Schutzgas zum Einsatz, das nicht in der Lage ist mit Kohle zu reagieren. Charakteristisch ist für schwarzen Temperguss daher das gleichmäßige Gefüge, jedoch ist schwarzer Temperguss im direkten Vergleich auch weniger korrosionsbeständig. Für eine Verwendung bei außenliegenden Rohren sind daher verzinkte Tempergussfittings, die Sie ebenfalls im RIEGLER Online-Shop erwerben können, die bessere Wahl. Die zusätzliche Zinkschicht verbessert die Korrosionsbeständigkeit erheblich. Unabhängig davon, haben Tempergussfittings eine hohe Resistenz gegenüber mechanischen Belastungen und Einwirkungen.

Dank der unterschiedlichen Materialeigenschaften kommen Tempergussfittings beispielsweise hier zum Einsatz:

  • bei Sanitärinstallationen, sowohl Kalt- als auch Heiß- und Trinkwasser
  • bei Löschwasserleitungen und Entwässerungsleitungen
  • zum Aufbau und der Verbindung von Gasleitungen
  • in Heizungsanlagen
  • überall da, wo Dampf transportiert wird
  • zum Transport von Ölen und vergleichbaren flüssigen Stoffen

In der Kühlwasserversorgung werden, aufgrund der höheren Korrosionsbeständigkeit, lediglich verzinkte Tempergussfittings genutzt. Generell lassen sich die Fittings, je nach Anwendungsfall und Systemaufbau, entweder ober- oder unterirdisch verlegen. Generell gilt: Schwarze Tempergussfittings eignen sich lediglich für eine Nutzung im Innenbereich, wenn eine höhere Korrosionsbeständigkeit keine Rolle spielt. Bei verzinkten Tempergussfittings ergeben sich breitgefächerte Anwendungsfälle, darunter beispielsweise auch in freiliegenden Industrieanlagen.

Beständige Fittings aus robustem Temperguss

Die Langlebigkeit von Tempergussfittings hat gleich mehrere Vorteile: Sie werden im Regelfall in Serie produziert und sind pro Stück entsprechend wirtschaftlich im Einkauf, des Weiteren halten sie vor Ort lange und müssen lediglich nach längeren Zeiträumen gewartet oder ersetzt werden. Außerdem bringen sie eine hohe chemische Beständigkeit mit, sie reagieren also nicht mit Benzin, Wasser, Ölen oder Gasen. Ebenso charakterisiert Tempergussfittings eine sehr hohe Temperaturbeständigkeit. Die Druckbeständigkeit von Tempergussfittings gilt ebenfalls als exzellent.
