Druckregler

Druckregler werden in vielen verschiedenen Bereichen eingesetzt. Der Druck, der bei unterschiedlichen Verfahren genutzt wird, muss gleichmäßig sein und darf keinen Schwankungen unterliegen. Oft ist es eine betriebliche Notwendigkeit, dass präzise Bedingungen aufrechterhalten werden. Der richtige Druck gehört dabei zu den wichtigsten Betriebsparametern. Eine zuverlässige Druckabsicherung und eine präzise Druckregelung sind maßgeblich für die perfekte Funktion und Sicherheit von Anlagen. Die exakte Auslegung der Druckregler ist mitentscheidend für den Erfolg eines Systems. Mit unseren Druckreglern lässt sich eine zuverlässige Kontrolle und Druckkorrektur erreichen.

 

Druckregelgeräte von RIEGLER – exakt und zuverlässig.

Druckminderer kommen in einer Vielzahl von Umgebungen zum Einsatz. Sie müssen unter verschiedenen Bedingungen einwandfrei funktionieren – bei hohen Temperaturen genauso wie bei starker Kälte. Unsere Präzisionsregler kontrollieren den Druck für technische Gase und für Fluide und korrigieren bestehende Druckunterschiede. Druckschwankungen werden vermieden und ein gleichmäßiger und kontrollierter Druck bleibt gewährleistet.

 

Konstanter Druck ohne Schwankungen.

Im Vordruckbereich können bei allen Stoffen Druckschwankungen verschiedener Art auftreten. Damit eine gleichmäßige Strömung gesichert ist, kommen je nach Anwendungsbereich unterschiedliche Modelle von Druckreglern zum Einsatz. Die zentralen Bauteile eines Druckreglers, der Drucksensor und das Ventil, wirken so zusammen, dass der Druck exakt gemessen und gesteuert wird. So kann er nahezu konstant gehalten werden, das Auftreten von Schwankungen am Ausgang wird verhindert. Unregelmäßigkeiten in der Eingangs-Druckintensität werden nicht weitergegeben.

 

Unsere Präzisionsdruckregler: hohe Durchflüsse bei hoher Regelgenauigkeit.

Wir bieten verschiedene Ausführungen für Vordruck und für Hinterdruck an. Sie sind einsetzbar vom Hochdruckbereich bis zu besonders feinen, präzisen und druckempfindlichen Anforderungen.

 

Unsere Druckregler bringen auch unter höchst anspruchsvollen Bedingungen die gewünschte Leistung. So besitzt beispielsweise der RIEGLER Druckregler DRV 225 in Hochdruckausführung eine sehr hohe Einstellgenauigkeit und ein besonders gutes Ansprechverhalten, da nur wenige bewegliche Teile verbaut wurden und dadurch geringe Reibung entsteht. Er ist speziell für Druckluft und für Stickstoff, für sonstige neutrale und nicht brennbare Gase einsetzbar. Auch für Flüssigkeiten ist er geeignet, hier allerdings nur für kleinere Durchflussleistungen. Viele weitere Modelle stehen zur Auswahl.

 

Die Einsatzmöglichkeiten der Regler sind vielfältig.

Unsere Druckregelgeräte finden in unterschiedlichen Bereichen Verwendung. Ihre kompakte Form und die kleinen Ausmaße ermöglichen einen vielseitigen Einsatz. Sowohl in der Gas- und Ölindustrie als auch in der Chemieindustrie, in der Lebensmittel- und Getränkebranche, im Medizin- und Dentalbereich und in vielen anderen sind sie unentbehrlich.
